Delivery Service and Miscellaneous Charges:

(Local) All points south to Joy Road, North to 14 Mile Road, East to Lahser Road, West to Novi Road or West to Beck Road

Deliveries are dump loads and require property damage release form to enter property lines or to enter drive

Hand unloading, truck spreading or waiting, etc. will be charged at $55.00 per hour minimum

Paving brick and concrete wall will be unloaded at $15.00 per pallet. Add $15 per yard on split bulk loads.

Note: Price for bushels is for self-loaded bushels

Cutting charges: $10.00/saw cut; $2.00/split

Bagging charges: $2.00 per 60 lb. bag

Refunds: All refunds require sales receipt, prior approval and must be returned to us no later than 30 days from date of purchase

A 15% return fee will be assessed
Credit card refunds will incur a 6% refund fee
